Founding Forward Deployed Marketer

The role

You will be the person our enterprise customers work with at Arda. You embed with each brand’s marketing team and turn their plans into work for Arda’s agents. We measure the role by whether those brands gain visibility and traffic from Google and from AI answers such as ChatGPT and Google’s AI Overviews.

What you’ll do

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from the first week. Learn each brand’s goals and approval process, then set up Arda’s agents around them.
• Meet with each customer every week to set the strategy and review the work in progress.
• Translate each customer’s priorities into SEO and AEO work for the agents, such as page audits and competitor research.
• Analyze search intent and AI answers for each account, then report results in plain terms, including what did not move and what you will change.
• Turn what works into playbooks the team can reuse, and bring what you learn from customers back to the product team.

What we’re looking for

• At least 3–4 years of hands-on SEO and AEO work, in-house at one company or at an agency managing several clients.
• Client-facing experience with marketing leaders at large brands, including accounts with several stakeholders and a formal approval process.
• Technical SEO and AEO depth. You can audit a site and explain to a client why a page is not ranking in Google or being cited in AI answers.
• Clear writing and the confidence to set the pace for a customer instead of waiting for direction.

Helpful experience

• Experience as an account manager or strategist at an SEO or digital agency.
• Experience growing a brand’s visibility in ChatGPT or Google’s AI Overviews.
• Comfort using AI tools in your own SEO work.
