Pricing questions
What is the right plan for my team?
Start with which ladder you belong on. If the site is yours, look at the brand plans; if you run SEO and AEO delivery for other companies, look at the agency plans, which are priced by how many client accounts the agents cover. From there, Starter suits a team putting agents on the site for the first time, Growth suits a team ready to hand the agents more of the week along with deeper integrations and support, and Enterprise suits a team defending a category (or an agency running a large roster) that needs the largest credit allowance, SSO/SAML, and SOC 2 compliance. Tell us about your site and your team on the call and we will point you to the right one.
How are Arda's plans priced?
Like a hire, not like per-seat software. Each plan is a monthly retainer with a stated agent credit allowance, and the number itself depends on your site: a ten-page local business site and a two-thousand-page marketplace are different jobs. So we look at your site and your market on the call before naming a figure, rather than posting one number that is wrong for almost everyone who reads it.
What are agent credits?
Credits are how the work is metered. Whenever an agent takes an action on your behalf, it spends credits from your plan’s allowance: crawling the site, drafting a fix or a page, running a citation check, monitoring a query across the answer engines. Nothing is billed per seat, so it costs the same whether one person or your whole team is watching the work. We walk through what your site is likely to use on the call, and the plans step on the allowance so you can move up as the agents take on more.
How can I track my credit usage?
Your account manager watches this so you do not have to log into a separate tool and check a meter. If your site is on pace to run past its allowance partway through the month, they flag it before it happens, walk you through what is using the credits, and lay out the options. It also comes up in the same monthly report you already get, brand or agency.
What happens if I go over my credit allowance?
Nothing gets throttled and nothing shows up as a surprise line item. Running past the allowance is a signal you have outgrown the tier, and your account manager raises it with you before it becomes a problem rather than after. From there it is a short conversation: hold scope steady for the month, or move up to the next tier, whichever fits what your site actually needs.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us about the site and the market. We work out which plan fits and quote the retainer on the call. No obligation, and no pressure to take the biggest one.
